Bönigen-Iseltwald Tourismus Locally rooted for a strong future together

The Bönigen-Iseltwald Tourism Association was established in 2013 through the merger of Bönigen Tourism and Iseltwald Tourism. Today, it serves as the central point of contact for guests, hosts, and partners at Lake Brienz.

As a tourism association, we are committed to the sustainable development of tourism in Bönigen and Iseltwald. We promote high-quality tourism infrastructure, support events, and coordinate collaboration between municipalities, service providers, and other partners.

Our Responsibilities

  • Guest services and information
  • Support for hosts and service providers
  • Development and maintenance of tourism offerings
  • Organization and promotion of events
  • Coordination of tourism activities in the region

Funding and Membership

Funding is secured in accordance with official regulations through visitor taxes, cantonal levies, and membership fees. The General Assembly is held annually in the spring. Members include:

  • Hosts and local businesses
  • Municipalities
  • Private individuals
